4. Delivery and Pickup
Timeliness: Be available at the agreed-upon delivery or pickup time to maintain food quality.

Communication: Inform the vendor promptly if you expect delays, need to reschedule, or encounter problems.
5. Customer Support
Inquiries: Contact vendors directly for questions about your orders. You may reach out to Homestaurants.com support for platform-related issues only.
Feedback: Share constructive feedback and reviews to help vendors improve their services.
6. Code of Conduct
Respect: Treat all vendors, platform staff, and fellow customers with courtesy.
Communication: Use polite and professional language in all interactions.
Compliance: Adhere to Swiss laws and local regulations when using the platform.
7. Food Safety and Handling
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for food safety, packaging, and proper preparation.
Customer Responsibility: Handle, store, and consume food safely. Follow any instructions provided by the vendor regarding storage or reheating.
Allergies: Customers must verify allergens and ingredients before ordering.
8. Liability
Homestaurants.com is not responsible for:
- The preparation, quality, or safety of any food provided by vendors
- Payments, refunds, or disputes between customers and vendors
- Allergic reactions or foodborne illness
By using our Services, you acknowledge that all risks related to food purchases and consumption are between you and the vendor.
9. Termination
Homestaurants.com reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these guidelines
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
- Repeatedly disrupt vendors or other users
